All our organic beef is hung on the bone for at least three weeks. This traditional method produces an exceptional, tender meat, a fine texture and outstanding flavour.

Pork is produced from our rare breed Tamworth & Berkshire pigs including bacon and sausages. Look out for our seasonal lamb usually available from late July.
Other cuts including T-bone and Rib-eye steaks are available to order.
